Ballogie Community Association AGM
Wednesday 28th March 2012
7.30 pm, Potarch Hotel – Gallery Room
The Ballogie Community Association (BCA) Committee hopes you will come along to BCA’s Annual General Meeting
Everyone on the Electoral Registers for the Ballogie area is a member of BCA and entitled to vote at the AGM.
Updating the constitution was one of the two tasks given to the Committee by the community meeting last April. The other was to investigate options for the future of Ballogie Village Hall. The Committee will report on their progress at the AGM and seek a mandate to follow up their work so far.
It is very important for the community that as many members as possible come to the meeting because of these two main items. After the meeting, there will be a performance by Louise Counsell’s ‘The Creative Choir’ as well as tea and coffee provided, and a chance to meet and chat to others from the local area.
PLEASE DO COME
For further information about the AGM, or if you are interested in becoming a Committee member, please contact the Chair or Secretary (details below).
